YNTB is inspired by, created within, and assembled on lands known as amiskwaciwâskahikan ᐊᒥᐢᑿᒌᐚᐢᑲᐦᐃᑲᐣ or Edmonton, which is part of Treaty Six territory and the Métis Nation Homeland. These lands are a traditional meeting ground, gathering place, and travelling route to the Cree, Saulteaux, Blackfoot, Metis, Dene, Iroquois, and Nakota Sioux.

We acknowledge all the many First Nations, Metis, Inuit, and many others whose footsteps have marked these lands for centuries and whose histories, languages, and cultures continue to influence our vibrant communities.

A social enterprise on a mission.

YNTB is driven by social objectives and any surpluses are reinvested back into our work and the community. Our goal is to make a meaningful difference for and with people and community as opposed to making profits that only benefit a few.

Being a social enterprise ensures we can continue to explore how best to help people become active allies as well as support the BIPOC businesses, artists and suppliers that YNTB is partnered with.

It all started with what we thought was a wild idea…

“What if there was an anti-racism subscription box for white folks?”…

Our friends and past partners:

Anti-racism begins with you.
